	Tesse Akpeki Tesse Akpeki is a consultant, trainer and CEDR accredited mediator. She was formerly head of governance and trustee services at NCVO and has worked extensively with third sector organisations nationally and internationally. He has been chief executive of three large charities, and is trustee of several charities. 	Lindsay Driscoll Lindsay Driscoll is a Consultant in Charity & Social Enterprise department of Bates Wells & Braithwaite. Lindsay joined us following her 5 year term of office at the Charity Commission as one of the legally qualified commissioners and who had a particular brief over the complex issue of public benefit. lindsay.driscoll@on-board.org 020 7551 7724		Pam Henry Pam Henry is OnBoard's Equalities & Diversity Consultant. She has extensive employment and consultancy experience, having spent seven years as a local Community Development Manager and six years in the role of head of training for a national organisation. 	Linda Laurance Linda is an associate consultant of OnBoard, providing guidance on governance and conflict management as a consultant, trainer, facilitator and mediator. Founding past chair of Charity Trustee Networks, former chair of the original steering groups for the Code of Good Governance, and for the Trustee and Management Committee National Occupational Standards, and former Co-ordinator for the Pan European Governance Principles initiative, Linda is now a board member of the EUConsult association for third sector consultants in Europe, a Deputy Chair of Community Networks and a director of Global Mediation. linda.laurance@on-board.org 020 7551 7724		Alice Faure Walker Alice Faure Walker is a consultant and former partner in Bates Wells & Braithwaite’s Charity and Social Enterprise department. 	Marta Maretich Marta Maretich is a consultant specialising in communication and governance. With a fifteen-year track record of writing and publishing on governance issues in the United States and the United Kingdom she has worked with many notable experts including John Carver, Tesse Akpeki and Linda Laurance. She began her career as editor of Board Leadership, John Carver's newsletter, and went on to work closely with NCVO's Governance and Leadership Programme to develop a range of practical governance resources including books, toolkits, fact sheets, training packs and web content. She is the author of the Governance Hub's web guide to the Code of Good Governance.
